Patients that qualify for this Program pay IntegraMed a flat fee for up to three stimulated IVF cycles and 3 frozen embryo transfers. When the patient takes a baby home from the hospital, IntegraMed has earned the fee. If the patient completes the Program and does not take a baby home, a significant portion of the Program fee is refunded (70 percent for participants in a non donor treatment plan and 100 percent for participants enrolled in a donor treatment plan), preserving resources for other family building options. Unlike other refund programs, the IntegraMed Attain IVF Refund Program defines success as taking a baby home, not getting pregnant. One of the primary benefits of this Program is that it maximizes the patient’s chances of success with IVF by allowing them to attempt up to 6 treatment cycles for one fixed cost. This Program allows patients to determine the cost of treatment up front; taking away the anxiety of having to revisit the financial concerns of IVF should the first attempt be unsuccessful.
Attain Multi- Cycle Program
All applicants are eligible for the Attain Multi-Cycle program, in which you pay a single discounted fee (less than the cost of two fresh IVF cycles) and receive up to four treatment cycles, two fresh IVF cycles and two frozen embryo cycles. The Multi-Cycle program does not offer a refund, but does offer a lower cost for greater treatment access. No denial based upon clinical criteria or age.

Reproductive Science Center has no ownership or financial interest in IntegraMed. IntegraMed pays us for each IVF cycle attempted. Patients enrolled in this financial Program will be treated with the same care and respect that we give all of our patients. Patients are under no obligation to participate in this Program and are free to drop out of the Program at any time between cycles.
IntegraMed Financial Services
Our patients have the option to finance any type of infertility treatment through Springstone. Finance with an unsecured loan at a rate as low as 5.99 percent for those who qualify. If they choose to use IntegraMed Pharmaceutical Services Inc. to fill their prescriptions, patients have the unique opportunity to finance the cost of medications as well. Loan applications are subject to credit approval. There are no hidden costs and no prepayment penalties.
